Frequently asked questions
How long does an oven clean take?
Most ovens take one to three hours. Agas and range cookers can take a little longer.
Can I use my oven straight afterwards?
Yes. There are no fumes or harmful odours, and your oven is ready to use as soon as Dave has finished.
What products do you use?
Removable parts go into the dip tank in the back of the van, where they are decarbonated and degreased. Inside your home only environmentally friendly products are used.
Do you clean Agas and Rayburns?
Yes – 2, 3 and 4 oven Agas, Rayburns and the Aga companion, as well as range cookers, hobs, extractors, microwaves and BBQs.
Do you cover my area?
Dave covers Surrey, South West London and the surrounding counties, including Banstead, Dorking, Epsom, Kingston upon Thames, Leatherhead, Reigate and Sutton. If you’re nearby, just ring and ask.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the standard single oven price.
Is VAT or parking added?
There is no VAT. Parking (including congestion charging) is added to the bill where it applies.
